7 lb burger!

We just got a new bar in town close to my work and they have a $20 7lb hamburger. The catch is if you can eat the whole thing in a hr without getting up you get the burger for free plus $100. Me and a few friend went in and had one of these burgers delivered to work, the thing was the size of medium pizza! They had to special make the buns because ive never seen a bun that size. Anyway the three of us ate a little over half of the burger so i think the $100 dollar challenge is safe for now.

I think Aussie guys would have no problem eating a burger that size, they all have very big appetites. My husband has eaten 42 plates of food in one sitting before, i'm sure he could eat that burger.

Haha we always get that reaction. He's a slim guy, he has good genes. He laid on the floor all night because he couldn't stand the bed. But he does a whole heap of exercise everyday, so he's fine. He doesn't eat that much usually, it was only when we went to his favourite all-you-can-eat. haha! Usually he eats about 2-3 plates of food for dinner. I cook enough for him and for his lunch the next day. But it's not unhealthy, it's usually rice/pasta with meat and vegetables. haha :)

Oh goodness!! Where is this at? I would send my little boyfriend and have him do this once a day for a full time job!

I would have loved to have some of that the other day when I was truly craving one. That was Sunday night and a friend took me to the pier and we stopped by Hardees on the way. But it looks good I must say.

You should have taken a picture for all to see.

I cannot imagine a burger the size of a pizza!

Just thinking about it makes me kind of sick, lol. That's a lot of meat. I would probably try to eat it on a dare (I like certain dares). I think the 100 bucks is a great way to motivate me too, lol. I've seen huge burgers on the Food Network and some of the people I saw could finish them. Yeah, I guess I'd try it. Why not?

We have a place similar to that around here, I don't know if they have any prizes type of thing, but they have huge food. I didn't know anything about the place the first time we went there, you can imagine my surprise when the BLT I ordered came to the table. My husband thought it was hilarious. lol

Wow that is one huge burger. We have something like that here. There is a diner in a small town about 20 minutes from where I live and if you can eat the burger (I think it is around 5 pounds so slightly smaller) you get your picture taken and go on the wall of fame and you get your whole meal free. Only one person can do the contest though and it must be completed in one hour. Unfortunately, there is no money rewarded. It is a very cool place to go though and see that people have actually eaten the whole thing.
