Do you prefer to be honest and open to your partner

I prefer not to talk about my past with partner because that can be used against me , we live in the present not in the past so make sure that I keep my secrets.

Well, I guess this is individual's choice.But, what I believe is when I am into a relationship and ready for commitment,I should not be hiding any secret from my partner.I agree it is the present that should matter.But,sometimes,your past can also ruin everything.Relationship is fragile.When you are honest with your partner,you don't have to fear anything about your past.Keeping secrets will get you into problem if your partner comes to know about it, unless your partner doesn't mind
