Is nudity a form of art?

I really think it is, for artist are entitled to what they think could represent their creative side. This also shows their ability, skill and talent and I think there should be no restrictions imposed for them with regards to this art for it is the artist right to do so. :-)

If it does not exploit the model, it's an art. 8) it doesnt really matter if others dont think it's an art, because it is usually the artist himself who decides wheather his work is a form of art or not.
