I take it you were the person initiating the break up. It's always easier for that side because the break-up doesn't come out of the blue. You essentially did the planning and soulsearching that led to it.
You are glad it's over and maybe it was easy because the other side wasn't upset. It just happened, lol.
Anyhow, given some time, depending how long the relationship lasted and how deep it ran, how attached you were etc, you will eventually come to feel some serious emotions, which in some cases even reaches regret. Maybe tonight, when you are alone in bed, trying to fall asleep....
Or you just say good riddance and go partying;)

Well. Strong could be a way to describe it...but it could show how much (or how little) the relationship meant to you. I think that if you are at peace with the break up...so shortly after it...then you made the right decision to not lead her on. Relationships are hard enough when you LIKE each other. :) I've been with my husband for a total of 5 almost 6 years...and it takes a lot to make it work.
But I do think its strength. :) It's not easy being along when the media shows COUPLES everywhere. :) Take your time...date...find the woman of your dreams...and don't let her go. :) But if you don't know who YOU are...how can you expect for anyone else to know.
Stone heart? hm...do puppy dog eyes melt your heart? kittens? babies? (only you can answer this one so think about it)
hope my response helps. :)

well it's better to be smiling than frowning, it means you're strong but not necessarily means you're stone-hearted. Just be strong and calm, and that's better. It's not the end of the world. Goodluck.

I'm guessing that you're smiling after a break-up because that's what you think is best for you and your ex now. You're strong emotionally.. but your still human. If your hiding any feeling of hurt or sting, let it out.. or maybe you already did. Anyways, continue on smiling.. best of luck to you..

guess you are just trying to hide the hurt with your smile. or perhaps you dont really love the person that much..or maybe he hurt you so much, you went numb. i really do not know why you are still smiling and not acting how people who just broke up with their boyfriends or girlfriends react!hehe well, that's you. maybe you are atough person, if i were in your shoes, i would be crying my heart out. i am very emotional. and i cant imagine breaking up or losing my boyfriend!! nahhhh.. i pray that it would never happen to me..hehehe

It means you are quite a strong person inside....that does not mean you are stone-hearted, i am sure becos i just saw one of your replies to one of the post here in this discussion in which you had admitted you were crying, which means you have the pain inside you, but dont want to show it out, you want to deal with it yourself without letting the others around you to know that you are hurt and you can come out of it totally in some days, dont worry...keep up the same spirit
