Some Codec on My PC Was Destroyed by Something Hidden

This afternoon, I played the recordings from my digital camera. It run well, but at about two hours ago, I played it again. I used Winamp 5.24, Windows Media Player 11, and Music Juxbox10. All of them could not play all extensions of musics. How come, guys? Is it caused by a virus? Thank you for your share.

Hmmm Strange never heard abt it....
Nyways...Need little more info..to help..
Restart in safe mode n then try playing n tell if it plays???
also Try playing song with open menu in WM player
