Unhappy

Lately, (for the past few weeks) I've been feeling stressed and emotionally drained; trying to balance out a time consuming job, friends, and my personal life. My mind is to muddled to think clearly now. What should I do? I feel like running away.

I think the first thing you should do is try to relax your mind for a couple of minutes it's either in your room or under the tree or have a walk for fresh air while trying to relax your mind! And then then try to think some possitive thoughts that would help you feel a little bit better, from that point you will feel happy and you can start to work it out how you want it to deal with these! I suggest for you to think possitive as much as you can that will help you to deal to whatever comes in your life everyday! One thing I've learned is once you try to think possitive more good thoughts comes and more good things come in our life that will make you feel happy! It's impossible to think possitive when you are sad,so the key is to feel happy to have a possitive thoughts! I hope this will help you a little bit!

I try to relax doing the deep breathing. Some days it works other days it doesn't. I've started to rid myself of toxic people in hopes it eases some of the stress I'm feeling. In time I hope to have most of the stress taken care of. Thanks for your kind words. Becca
