I having problem getting to sleep lately.. Can anyone recommend me some soft music which can lead to a sleeping mode more easily?

I'm chinese.So i'd like to tell you some chinese song.but i dont know the right name in English.So i tell you some web,ok? www.songtaste.com and www.kupig.cn i just afraid that you can open these webs or cant understand the coontent.i just want to help you.
by the way ,do some exercise.you can sleep better
