College and drinking

Do you think the age for drinking should be lowered to 18? Mrs. Koolbreeze and I were talking about this one last night. We both agree that it should not. I don't buy the notion that it would result in less binge deaths. Where does that kind of logic come from? Many college presidents have signed on to this foolishness. But what do you think? Best regards, Angus

drinking is the habit which comes depends of the group of the student and sometimes comes with heritdary. and most of the students starts drinking at later ages of teenages say from 18+. lowering the age will stipulate and it lead more early drinking say from 16+ itself. so its not recommended

Angus,No I do not think that they should lower the legal drinking age from 21 to 18. If they did this I think it would be a total disaster. This would not stop the binge deaths. It would only make the alcahol problem even worse as far as I am concerned.
