If you ate just the patty broiled and the meat was 85/15, there is 213 calories, 13.2 grams of fat.Add about another 150 calories for bread and a small slice of cheese.
How long that would take to burn off would depend on what kind of exercise you are doing.

Well, that depends on how big the burger is and what kind of meat was used to make it and also whatever else you have added on to the burger.
lean meat has less calories then non-lean meat.
if you are making these home-made, you can look on your package of meat and see how much is in it but if i had to guess...
I would say a normal size burger (just the meat part) is around 200-300 calories and
the bun will add another 150-250 calories and then if you use lettuce, onion or tomato on your burger.. they will all add another 10-15 calories (each) and cheese would be another 100 or so calories.
so you are probably looking at or close to 400-600 calories.
you could burn around 200 calories on a 40 minute walk... so if you took two of them that day, you would of burned it off or you could burn it all at once by going for a 40 minute jog which would burn around 400-500.
but that also depends on your height and weight.
