Wushu for the future?

Wushu is a part of eEijing 2008 Olympics as a demonstration event. London 2012 has not yet approve for its inception in the Olympiad..
I've been wondering if wushu can get it's approval for the coming olympic (2016 or 2020) games..
Should the IOC approve wushu as an olympic discipline?
