The Best and Worst Actors/ Actresses in Philippine primetime tv of 2008.

I have only wathced abscbn shows this year, not that I am a loyal kapamilya but the kids love the shows there. One the worst actor I could think of is Gabby Conception, I just don't like the way he acts, to me he seems more like a mannequin. another one is angelica panganiban, sure she improved a lot, but I don't know it's not like she is acting at all. Jake cuenca is another worst actor too. The best are Piolo, if you have seen LOBO you'll definitely know what I mean. I also liked Cherry Pie, she really knows how to act and how to stimulate feelings from the audience, you'll get irate just looking at her.

I don't really watch much TV anymore, so I asked around. The majority opinion from people around me says that Richard Guitterez tries too hard (OA daw) and one of the random people I asked (because I'm at a net cafe) said he thinks a lot Star Struck contestant/winners are also pretty bad in acting. Someone (who is admittedly a Dyesebel [sp?] fan) said that she considers DingDong Dantes (sorry if I'm butchering their names) is a good actor. Another agreed with Piolo being a good actor. My mother has often stated that she loves Cherrie Pie and Gina Pareno, Pareno more so, as she is very capable of making a heartbreaking scene hysterical and vice versa. As for myself, I have often had reservations with Kim Chiu's acting, especially considering that her shows seem popular. Then again, I have only seen... My Girl (is that the title?) once or twice, so I'm not really an expert on how good/bad she is.

regine velasquez. her show is a local version of a korean series, and she's trying to act like one.

i find regine velasquez worst actress in the philippine. she is trying hard and old enough to portray the character of kim sam soon...

Katrina Halili, Rhian Ramos, Ehra Madrigal to name a few, i don't watch much telenovela but as far as i did see, these three ranked high on mediocre actresses. i have to get back at you for more, hahaha.
