I noticed that most people drink something while reading. Some people also eat while reading. My grams drink coffee while reading. She said, she is more interested to read when she is drinking coffee. Do you do the same? What do you think is the reason behind this?

Hi! Thank you. But I was asking your idea why people drink or eat while reading. I am not asking for your advice. But thanks for your it anyway.

I have the habit of eating while reading. I don't know the reason for this. But it became a habbit for me now.

When I get ready to go to bed for the night, I curl up with a good book, a Cherry Coke, and my snack of the moment...which is usually something completely unhealthy. It's my routine - I feel weird when I don't snack a little before bed! I can certainly read without snacking - the eating only last about a chapter or two, and I read at least 5 chapters, normally - but random snacking without reading is a foreign idea to me. I eat meals and regular desserts without reading, but I never graze or munch on chips or cookies without a book in front of me. Now THAT'S weird.
I think people just associate certain things - like me with snacking and reading. It's a habit.

Wow! That's nice. I have a hard time convincing myself to snack. My friends told me that I should eat more than 3 meals a day so I can gain weight but I can't.
