Do you shop for quality, price or offers??

i have a major problem ... i shop only when i need it (really badly need it) and i will go for the lowest price that i can get ...

I sually tend to buy for quality. A Lot of times if you buy cheap things they will just end up getting ruined pretty quickly and then you will have to buy antoher one each time it breaks and eventually you will have broken enough cheap things and spent money on them to buy a good quality item that will last you longer. I buy on impulse. If I like something I will get it regardless on how much it costs.

It depends on what I am buying. If I am buying some thing, which I can use for only short time, I go for price. As for long tem investments I chose quality
