what is more better fitness jim or yoga ???

can any one suggest me for reducing my weigh i have to join jim or yoga class? some people told me after finishing yoga or jim class i increase my more weigh it is right ? please suggest me what to do

both are a very good option to reduce weight!!! if you go for jim!! there will be drastic changes!! but dont know how long it will last!! and more over you have to spend money on that!! as far as yoga is concerned.. you can very well do it at home!! and i should tell you that the result it will be quite slow but fruitfull!!!! and you can do it any time u want!! happylotting

First of all it is gym not jim. secondly you have to understand weight .there are two types muscle mass and fat.if you have lots of fat you are unhealthy and weigh a lot.if you have lots of muscle mass you are somewhat healthy and also weigh a lot. working out in the gym burns fat and increases muscle mass there is a way if you don't want to get on so much weight on. just ask your gym trainer tell him that you don't want to get on weight. Well i am not an expert in yoga but i think it is a better way to fitness. i don't know about the weight issues in yoga properly so i don't want to comment on it but i have heard that it burns fat too. Personally I go to the gym because i just want my body to look good once i get some shape to it i will go for yoga.

Hi friend Both of these two tools are good. But the fact is that gym works faster and effect fades too faster while yoga works on slowly and effect lasts longer. Also yoga can be practiced comfortably. So i prefer yoga, rather breathing exercise. It has many good effects other than burning fats.
