Novel or Religious Books?

When times of boredome and when you think of reading instead to cope up with it what kind of book do you prefer to read? - Honestly, I would like to read novel books most especially a suspense one because when i started reading it I get hooked in it and would want not to stop reading them,hahaha... it's true but i get bored when i read religious books i would rather listen to the passage written in some religious books from the minister in church than reading them myself..
