help dont know what else to do

2 months ago i hurt my shoulder on a trampoline. And I think I have a torn rotator cuff, AC shoulder separation II, and frozen shoulder. But i wont know for sure until i see a surgeon on september 8. And i was wondering if anyone knew what i could do for pain in the meantime? by the way i had to take tylenol 3 with codiene and it didnt even take the edge off. oh yea and im 15!!!

There is really not much you can do until you get proper treatment. Yes, those trampolines are dangerous, lol.
Anyhow, try heat packages and a heat blanket on the effected area. That should help a bit with the pain.
