Here is a list of the things my dog chewed to bits ever since we brought her home on 22 November 2007. 1. 4 pairs of sandals belonging to my mother 2. 1 sari skirt belonging to my mother 3. 3 doormats 4. 1 pair shoes belonging to me 5. 1 watch belonging to a construction worker who was working nearby 6. 3 caps belonging to the construction workers who were working nearby 7. Some pieces of dried coconut from the neighbor's yard 8. Some coconut husk from the neighbor's yard 9. 2 panties belonging to the neighbor 10. A salwar shawl belonging to me 11. Some thermocol from the construction site 12. A few plastic bags flying around in the neighborhood 13. 2 dead chickens from God knows where 14. Innumerable hearth rugs or dust rags 15. Several garden plants 16. Several sticks 17. 2 collars and 2 leads 18. 2 cleaning sponges 19. Several shirts and pants that the workers had left around 20. A clothes brush 21. Innumerable brooms 22. Countless bones She is only 10 months old, my baby. And she has achieved so much! Of course, I might have forgotten a few things. I am really proud of her. I think I should give her a big bone for doing all this. :) So, could you list out your dog's achievements?

Hahahaha, that is quite an impressive list! I used to have a dog that was very hyper. Plus he did not like to left alone. If we went anywhere that he could not come along he would jump up on the beds while we were gone and p!ss all over the pillows!!! I had to keep my laundry basket under lock and key because he would dig through it for my panties and chew them all up. One day while I was at work he chewed up a very expensive coat that I had purchased in Spain while we were there... I had it hanging on a hook on the back of the door. I did not get along too well with that dog. I had an Amazon parrot that was worse though. That bird chewed up furniture, books, walls, fingers, EVERYTHING he could get his beak on!

LOL ... I couldn't stop laughing when I read this. You seem to have had an interesting set of animals. A dog that brought bear heads, another that brings deer legs, a dog that has a fancy for panties, and a parrot that loves to exercise its beak. What an interesting life you lead!! LOL

I would have loved to keep a parrot. But it is illegal to keep wild animals here. And "parrots" are supposed to come under the category of "wild animals." :) Could yours speak?

Yes, he could speak. I told a story about him in one of my old discussions about how to keep the cable guy from turning off your cable. It is a pretty funny story. But I have to say positive, if you don't like cleaning up after bfs you will definitely not like cleaning up after a parrot!! He could make bigger messes than kids!! I would fill his seed bowl up with a variety of seeds and dried fruits, but his favorite was sunflower seeds, so he would SLING everything else out of the bowl onto the floor looking for the sunflower seeds. His discarded seeds would be spread for MILES around!

Our dogs have chewed up all sorts of things, but the two most notable were my boyfriend's mobile phone and the steering wheel and dashboard of his van. He is obviously more forgiving than me. Had it been my van they'd destroyed, I think I would have run them over with it.

LOL GreenMoo, I am so happy to see you after a long time. How are your dogs, by the way? You mentioned having some problems with them. :)

And I'm happy to be back, even if it is just for a few hours! I paid a vast sum of cash to the local telecoms company the other day though, so I'm hoping that means I'll have a landline (and therefore net access!) from the new house soon. My dogs are fine, and just as stupid as ever. They are kept tied up still, which doesn't please them any, but every day they get to go down to the farm with us and that's good for an interesting sniff around. As soon as we're properly organised down there I want to get a couple of ariel lines they can attach to so they can run around more.

wowowww, this remind me when my little princess is still a puppy last time, it's been 8 years ago, she is very obedient & well-trained now ^_^ she had destroys my limited edition CD cover, my wonderful pair of Moschino glasses, the nose of my forever friend's teddy bear, and many boxes of tissue...hahhaha, i wonder why she like to play tissue, ohhhh, i nearly forgot, she chewed the mini parcel of my friend which send from singapore with lots of grape taste mentos (candy) inside, and she ate nearly 40% of them...hahhahah, which is a quite funny situation when v back from shopping and discover her 'crime'...

oh my! arent you afraid for her safety? she may choke or swallow something not good for her belly. Coco used to get into the small trash can by the bed. i started scolding her and washing her face. she hates the face wash. but i was afraid for her. shes a chihuahua. my deceaced dog, Bear the black lab, chewed a dvd cover from block buster once and before i thought about it, in anger i swatted him on the nose for it and he never chewed another thing unless i told him to. labs are very obedient dogs! and great good dogs/ anyway, what kind of dog is she?

Right now, I have arranged things so that she can't chew anything she is not supposed to chew. But previously, I used to be terrified that she would swallow something that she wouldn't be able to bring out again. Tina is a hyperactive dog that can't sit still even for a minute. The breed is unknown, but some of her ancestors must have been stubborn, self willed creatures. This dog never listens to me; she just dictates terms, and she knows I am soft on her. LOL Cheers and happy mylotting
