I loved both but I was more excited when I saw the first one. There were more exciting things in the first part like the animals talking and different features of human beings and in part two only the story was different rest there was nothing new to see so I must say I enjoyed the first one a lot.
I loved Narnia and it's one of my favorite movies all time. I don't watch action movies and adventurous movies is what I enjoy so I enjoyed this and King Kong a lot.

Despite being shown in theaters over a year ago if I'm not mistaken, and being aired locally in a cable channel for quite some time now, I admit that I haven't had a chance to watch this particular movie yet.
The nearest I've gone to watching this film is only having seen its trailer. But I've already reminded myself to include this movie in my list of DVD copies of films to be bought if and when we already have excess funds.
My husband and I have been married for more than five years now but there was a time during our first year of marriage when we both liked to invest in a video rental business. Way back 2003, we have observed that there were only a few vendors or sellers who were in this business. And piracy was so rampant then. However, a lot of things have changed and somehow, we gave up this dream of ours regarding this business. But inspite of some changes, video piracy is still rampant in the local scene unfortunately.
Anyway, I guess I'll be able to find time to watch this movie and several more; if and when I will be out of job which is going to be a few months from now but that is another story.

I love the first movie. The first time I watched it I had this weird feeling that I had seen it before it came out odd huh. Anyway I still loved it and then the second movie AWESOME! My boyfriend and I went to see it at the drive in and that made it all the more better than in the theater. I can't wait for the third one, though it did bother me that peter won't be coming back.

I've only seen the first film (which is actually the third book), and I suppose it was alright. I'm a very big fan of the books and did not feel it conveyed everything in the same way as the book did, but that is often the way when books are turned in to films. I will have to see the second film when I get the chance though, and see if I like it more.
I think I would have preferred if they had started from book one or two. (Book one would seem an obvious choice, but many people say you should read books 2-7, then book 1).
I think they plan to make more films from Narnia, but I suppose it will depend on how long they stay popular. I really would reccomend the books though.

The chronicles of Narnia is actually a re-make of the old movies. If you would research, you would find that the movie series has already been completed. I think there are four movies and 5 book series.
Regarding the movie, I think what makes Narnia excel is the fact that it is very unique and the story does not focus on one time or scenario. I also like the fact that it is not the conventional fantasy story (where the will be a prophecy, a single enemy from the prophesy, and a hero that kills the enemy.)

I haven't seen either movie in its entirety. The parts that I have seen were okay, but I really preferredthe books. If you really want to know what is going to happen next you should check them out. They are very imaginative and very well-written.

Ah, I love Narnia.
I think they will do an excellent job portraying the rest of the story!
But seriously, Tumnus better come back one of these days.
