is it true that fruits red in color are rich in haemoglobin???

According to science, red fruits and vegetables does not increse hemoglobin counts but contains other important nutrients and phytochemicals.
Watermelon , pink grapefruit and tomatoes contain a phytochemical that can keep youe heart healthy.
Cherries and strawberries contain another phytochemical that has been shown to improve memories.
An apple a day really might help keeps the doctor away! Not only they are rich in fiber, but they have several other phytochemical that keeps your heart healthy and protect you from cancer. Eat them with the skin on tor all the good stuff!!

Well i don,t Know That much About Fruits.
But Drinking Water is Neccessary as Far it is Concerned With Hamemoglobin.
As Water Contains a lot of Haemoglobin.
