I'm curious to know when people usually exercise for how long.

I exercise only twice or thrice a week and i work out for about 45 minutes.
Working out half-an-hour a day is enough to burn your extra calories i guess.But if u want a well toned body you need to exercise atleast 1 hour depending on your time and capability.

Hello,Sergedan! I am not doing exercise.But going on for a walk in the evening with a friend.we walk in the park for half an hour and laugh loudly for some time.I think this is the best way to burn the extra calorie.neither of us are obese or having any lifestyle disorders.You can also do this easily.thanx.

generally i exercise in the morning for 1 to 2 hour..!!

in this summer holiday,i have to practice yoga every morning.but in school i only exercise when the physical education lessons.

Four years ago i often have exercise,but now i don't do it,i just went on for one years,i think i have no patience.
