Few times they come. But it's always interesting to watch a horror movie remake acted by leslie nielson and eddie murphy. I love to watch those movies. It's really Fun?

I have not seen a good horror movie in a long time. People show too much slashing and blood and guts. The older horror movies are scarier because they leave more to your imagination - and most of the times the things you picture in your imagination are scarier than anything shown inn the movies.

Give me some money and I'll make some original ones. Every now and then you'll find a gem amongst the Indie's. I work for a horror website and have to cove them all. About to go into production on a few films myself, hopefully they'll stand out as originals and fully entertaining.

put the most famous and prettiest face and ask them to speak the same script of an original horror movie, you'll get a long line of viewers. i guess because no one would really invest on a good plot. movie makers now would just rely on return of investments. just an example, Prom Night sucked big time. story is lousy. acting is bad. it's just that the faces in the movie happen to have huge fanbases. now, let's worry about the future of film industry...

Supply and demand I think. It's what people want to see. Alot of young people like these horror flicks, and pay good money to go and see them. So of course those horror movie makers are going to pump them out, to satisfy their young audiences. I can't watch those movies, myself. Some of them are truly psychologically frightening, as well as terribly made, and acted. They just give me nightmares. Plus, I think movies like this have a very subtle effect on the consciousness of those who watch them all the time. At any rate, the movie makers don't care about that. They just want to see the money coming in. I don't think they make much effort to put out quality films, either. Why should they? When their movies are still making so much money?
