Actually it is considerably easy to reach upto 8 star very easily and after that it becomes extremely different to improve your rating. Keep posting and you will recieve higher ratings soon enough.

Some people just write and don't care to rate, that what happen. If I'm not mistaken this ranking will do nothing to your earning. I'm myself didn't rate until I had read about it, and I never forget to rate after that.

Well done for reaching 100, I remember how exited I was when I achieved that. The number in the star reflects how people have rated you. If every response of discussion you were involved in got rated with a (+) you would have a 10, it means you have some that people did not rate or they rated it with (-), dont read too much into it, it isnt that important.
