You should be giving the "Best Response" rating on every discussioin you post. The unresolved tab shows you ALL your discussions that you have not given out the Best Response. When I first started I didn't even notice that tab. When I finally figured out what it was for, I started giving out 5 BR's every day until I got caught up. Now I wait about a week after posting a discussion then go back to give out my BR rating. Once you have given out the BR they become resolved & leave that tab.

Helps here............. when you do a discussion you get responses...those are unresolved discussions and you give one you feel made the best response......a best response... if you don't get any responses to a discussion then those are unresolved... hope that helps you

Unresolved discussions are ones you started that you have not chosen the best response to yet. Maybe you have not got any responses to them yet.

Well, I'm doing this from my e-mail so I'm probably not the first one to tell you this but, all it means is weather or not you have picked a Best Response to the discussions you've started. Good Luck.

I am not sure what your question means. But if something iis resloved it means there is an answer to it. so a resolved discussion means that a solution was found and the discussion is over. An unresloved discussion is one that is ongoing and there is more input and there is not a solution at this time,.I hope this has helped
