Bail bondman posts Casey Anthony's $500,000 bond.
Mother is charged with child neglect and filing a false police report.
Anthony delayed reporting Caylee, 3, missing, has acted strangely. Now for my money this girl should still be in jail. I think this is awful. It is just another case of a person can give birth, that does not make you a mom.
How long do you think it will really take to find out what has truly happened to this little girl? Do you think she should still be in jail?

I think the legal system has to turn it's wheels and do it's job. In this case she gets out for awhile. I do take it seriously when the police accuse a parent of wrongdoing, but in this case it seems appropriate. (From what I can recall of the case.)

I think she killed her or her boyfriend did and she did not care. If it were an accident or if she tried to keep her boyfriend from beating up the little girl, she would be overcome with grief and shame. She would have nightmares. I did not read in that article about her having to go to the infirmary or she screamed so much she disturbed the other inmates. However, they will need a psychiatrist or maybe an undercover policewoman pretending to be an inmate to get her to open up.
Years ago, in the 50s and 60s, if a woman like her gave birth, she had to prove she was a good mother, but now it seems that just giving birth is proof that you are a good mother. Birth and loving children does not exactly go together.

Unfortunatly at this point I don't think this mystery is ever going to be solved. I think if they had clues or leads, we would have known about them by now.

I have been following this case. I really don't think she should still be in jail... It is important that our laws be applied to her the same as everyone. The judge even set bail really really high, pushed the law to the limit.
I do know that there is something terribly wrong with a mother who waits something like 30 days to report their small child missing! That in itself is an outrage and I believe a crime. Even still the law must be applied fairly so bail must have been warranted.
Now all we can do is wait for the truth, and pray it will come soon!

This story is so scary...I can only imagine being so hartless that girl is selfish..She belongs in jail, in a call from jail she was mad saying her parents were more worried about caylee than her...That is horrible I would be a mess..I would be pleading to get out to look for my child I would tell the police anything to have my child back...I have never heard her ask anyone to help her find her child...
