A lady boss or a Guy Boss!

I work in the sales department and I have never had a male immediate supervisor ever. I have had several nice and intelligent bosses but I have also encountered several mean and inconsiderate ones. To sum it all up, I would still love to have a male boss. The big bosses in the company are males and working with them is just so smooth and easy. Plus considering the fact that all my colleagues at work and in other companies who has had a male boss said that male bosses are better than female ones.

Hi there 949011, I don't care what my bos looks, weather it's female or male or lesbians or gays. As long as they treat me as a human, provide what i need think about the happiness of their employees, and not too straight in the things that is not nesecary like hairs or clothes. I have only had male bosses, so it is difficult for me to know what it would be like to have a female boss.

Well in the past i have had both good lady bosses and guy bosses. I don't really mind if my boss is a lady or guy as longs they are a good boss, treat everyone the same and be a good listener

ive only had one job and it was under the tabel carnival job . the owner was amale but my boss was a gurl. and i guess if ur a gud worker u should really matter wt kinda boss. any boss wud b happy with a gud worker. i kept my area clean . i was very organized and she told me so . she was a cranky pants aha. but never towards me. and me being a gurl i think its easier for me to talk to a gurl.
