head ache is a normal thing when we are worked up a bit too much. the best course is to take rest for a while. there are various other reasons that could cause head ache. body heat could be one, indigestion etc. if you take care of your stomach, that itself will be a good things to get rid of unnecessary headaches. body heat sends negative impulses to brain which in turn causes headaches. I do not take medicines for headaches. I drink a glass of water and lie down for a while and relax. it has given me good relief. also avoid drinking tea or coffee during a headache. only in extreme cases one should take to medicines.

When I am suffering from a headache I do not take medication at all, I opt out of taking medications whenever I can if I know I will survive with the pain. When I get a headache I just relax and drink some water, taking a nap is the best way for me to get over a headache, since when you sleep you don't really feel pain because your body has natural paralysis when you sleep, making the pain very mild or gone, when you wake it will have most likely passed, so definitely no need for medications for me! People in our societies rely too much on medications, if we went and did things more naturally we would be a lot more healthy. Medications are dangerous and have too many side effects.
