Windsurfing in a Tropical Storm?

I have to admit that this takes a lot of kahunas. It would take a massive amount of kahuna juice to do this. 75 mph wind gusts + windsurfer = Huge kahunas! He must have been taking that "Grow Man Stuff"! He says he doesn't remember flying through the air and slamming ito a hotel building and it is probably better that way. I however, and anyone with TiVo will never forget. We will relive this moment and over and over again, intil someone does something more stupider. Thank you stupid windsurfer with the big balls!
Needless to say this guy is incredibly lucky to be in the hospital right now, because he could be in a casket.
Have you or someone you have ever known made such a bad decision and gotten hurt or even worse?

Well people who do this are either complete morons who dont think of the risk involved like you see a lot of surfers who go out there during huricane weather. Or there complete daredevils that dont care about the risk. But I would never go out in a tropical storm Im pretty sure I would get killed if I did since I dont even know how to windsurf lol.
