My System Unit's Too Noisy

I am just annoyed by my system unit. It's too noisy. I just cleaned it last week. I suspect that it's the power supply who's making noise because I'm not cleaning it too much unlike the heatsink and its fan. How can I clean it? Will I remove the power supply to the system unit?

The only way to clean the power supply is get a can of Air and with the computer turned off is to blow it out
