Ok so I am converting the second living room that we really don't use a whole lot into our exercise room. I have the ablounge, treadmill, gazelle, rebounder, and walkblaster in there. We also have the dumbbells and resistant bands in there. I will be hooking the dvd player up to the tv so that we can use the exercise dvds we own. It is looking like a virtual gym in there. I also want to get a weight bench at some point. Oh I forgot about the wedge and gliders. Does anyone else have an exercise room in their house?

Having your own home gym is great but most people become lazy getting into the home gym rather than paying monthly in a real gym.

If I had a gym membership I wouldn't go so I guess that makes me oposite. I don't like to exercise in front of other people. I didn't even like to do that when I was skinny. i absolutly dispised gym class because of all the working out and showering in front of other people and I was real skinny back then. It is just one of my quirks.

No, I don't even own any kind of exercise equipment. I used to own a treadmill, but it became more a clothes hanger than it got used for the purpose of exercising. I just don't waste my money any more.
