do you choose friend or girlfriend/boyfriend?

i know that when we are in relationships and our friends don't go too well with the person that you are with(your girlfriend or boyfriend)and they get into a fight or something like that, who do you side with, i know that our friends want us to side with them and then again your girlfriend/boyfriend a lot of times expect you to side with them honestly, and i mean i have been in that situation before and i know what it feels like and a lot of times i just try and stay out of it and just stay neutral to the whole situation! so what about you, how do you handle this situation or does your other get along with your friends? thanks for taking the time out of your day to read my discussion and i hope respond to it, and i hope that you all have a great day and the rest of your night is great as well!

I have a habit of dating my friends so we all know everything about each other before hand. The problem I run into is dating someone out side of the circle and realizing that personalities don't mix. I will always side with my friends first, they know me better then any guy ever could. I also tend to date guys that are geeks and dorky and play D&D. So it isn't hard for them to get alone with my personal friends. What I think everyone should remember is that your friends know you, and you know everything about them, you new relationship isn't ever going to compare to a friendship and it is more important that you stay friends with people who are true to you, then a relationship that might not work. If the fight is be enough to destroy any hope of them getting alone you need to sit back and decide what is important to you.

i agree that we should not take sides.. it's better i guess that we should let them handle their differences and sort it out. we should not be influenced by their opinions.whoever really gives you importance will present itself..

The establishment of relations between friends should be in on the basis of mutual understanding, mutual know each other that is the background and character and in harmony, so will it be possible to establish the real relationship. Many people now have to make friends not so cautious, which I have held opposing views,this may bring some trouble. . .
