How do I make my new blog better?

Do you have a money making blog? I finally made an attempt today to put one up. How do I make it better? Does anyone have any suggestions and tips for me? Will to be honest I might need more then suggestions as I really don't know how to do the fany stuff I see others do. I would appreciate feed back.

you don't need fancy. you just need to sound like you know what you are talking about. people won't follow you into a progam because you have flashing pics, but because they read what you said and you made sense. know what you are talking about by doing research. invest in yourself and then people will invest in you

awww.... well thank you so much for your very kind words my frined. i just know that when you sound like you know what you are talking about, you can get people to do just about anything for you. so the more you know the better you sound, the more you are going to make. I will do that for sure. I am so new to this and I know when I have checked other blogs it looks overwhelming when I think of trying to do it myself. That is why it has taken me over a year to make the attempt I did today. Even though it seems with all the programs done for us I have so much to learn.
