I like your spirit. When you are young yor are always likely to have lofty ideals and ambitions, nothing wrong with that, but the point is that apart from being idealistic, ambitious, you also need to be practical. Are you able to earn considerable amount with your part time online business, which can almost substitute your regular income. If you can work after your workign hours it is fine. Otherwise, it is difficult to maintain balance between your office work and online business. I would suggest you to plan for next five to ten years. So that sometime in the future you would be able to set up your own business. At the same time, I would suggest you continue to indulge in your online business. All the best.

As to your small business, that should be all up to you, depending on the resources (time and energy) that you have outside of your regular job.
