coffee just in my hands ,but I just can't drink it

I love coffee very much.I usually have a cup in the morning and it made felt so good and do thing with great energy.recently ,I bought lots of instant nest coffee for everyday drink.but two days ago I went to donate my blood and found there was something wrong with my blood .so I went to hospitial to have a body exam and finally I find the clue.there is something wrong with my liver,but not serious because it was found at the early stage.how lucky i am.the doctor said that I shouldn't spice food ,oil food ,can't smoke or drink coffee and do more exercises.how bad to me ,I can hold myself far away from spice food oil food but I can't live without coffee.
what I can do now ,just smell the coffee and feel its good taste and do more exercises to keep fit.
I hope that I can recover soon and have a nice cup of coffee.^_^

. Sometimes, we have to limit ourselves to what we are doing. you have no other choice but to limit your coffee drinking. Or, if you are aware that we humans have only three years of time left in this planet as something great catastrophically will happen on December 21 of 2012, you can start drinking coffee, right now to enjoy the time left to us.

pity. so how r u now? im not a coffee fan so i cant relate too much with what you've been through. but then i did have a UTI before so it was kinda hard for me not to drink sodas anymore. Ive been addicted to it that drinking water is a punishment but since i want to get well..i did what i didnt want to do. Now im ok and i can drink soda but not more than 2 cups. So once a week i treat myself for a cup of soda. But after that i drink water as many as i can. =)
