..how would you rate your tolerance to criticisms?
In an interview that I've attended, I was asked this question. I told my interviewer that I'd rate my tolerance to criticisms at 9.
That is because I am willing to listen about what others will say about me as long as it can make me better at work.
How about you?

Off late I would say my tolerance level is high. I would find it difficult to put it on a scale, simply because there will be a point at which I may not tolerate it. This would vary from one person to another. The scaling system would be applicable when you judge yourself aagainst the same parameters or the same amount of criticism.

Tolerance to criticism depends on the type of criticism and how it was presented to you. I think I would range 6. I can take criticism to some extent if it is told politely and I know it is for my own good. I suppose all of us want to criticise the other person too just to retaliate. 9 is exceptionally good.

Oh, I don't know. I don't work outside the home. I guess it all depends on who is criticizing me and what they are criticizing me about!
My husband says that I don't take it well and my feelings get hurt easily. So I am going to take a shot in the dark and say a 6. ![](/Content/images/emotes/happy.gif)
