Ginger Root & Cancer??

My poor Aunt was diagnosed with cancer throughout her entire body. They gave her 3 days to 2 weeks to live on April 18, 2008. It has been 4 months. She is gaining weight, which they said wouldn't happen...We finally moved her in with my Mother. I am in the process of cleaning out her house. It just really sucks! I never thought that I would have to bury Aunt Flo. She is my other Mother. We are having a yard sale to get rid of things so that when she dies, we can sell the house. This is just really hard getting rid of her "stuff". She is just such a fighter, it kills me to get rid of it. Maybe with the Ginger Root that I slip into her...she will be well again. Is this wishful thinking. (as my friend says? or did any of you read that Ginger Root can cure cancer?
