Whats most effective to lose weight?

Im about 4 kgs highers than normal weight. What is most effective way to lose weight? What methods you are following? By the by, I don't like to go jim :S

Runing around a bit... It's free, hassle free, and you'll probably meet someone :). By the way, 4kg is not too much. It still considerably normal weight.

The best way to lose weight is to eat less calories than u need in a day. It is not advisable to starve yourself as our body will think you will not eat anymore in the future, therefore ur metabolism rate decreases making u dont lose weight at all. It is said that a woman need to take up about 1000-2000 calories in a day. So eat abt 500 calories less in a day or do a minimum of 30 mins exercise. If you want to lose weight quicker, try to do both. Remember losing weight involves patience. You will see the difference in a couple of weeks. Good luck :)

The most effective way to lose weight, in my opinion, is to excercise as much as possible and to eat less. I try to walk as much as possible. I also eat foods that are low in fat or fat-free. But eating less works best. :) I am trying to eat less. Even though I am at a good weight, I would like to lose 5 pounds. I'd feel much better about how I look if I weighed a little less than I do. Good luck to you. :) Losing weight is a challenge.
