Sleep is so important~

Have u ever felt your mind getting confused after a sleepless night?U couldn't come up with an orginal thought no matter how hard u tried. U were probably right if u thought that was caused by a lack of sleep.Without any sleep,even if u concentrate harder,u cannot do better. So,mylotters~dont always mylotting without sleep.Your body need a rest and if you have something important to do,be sure dont be a night man at the last night~

yes sleep is very important to health. Our brain gets the maximum rest in the sleep. And some also say that if you sleep less you die soon. And another important thing is your digestive system gets disturbed, When you're sleepless. you're always start to feel that your mind is cramp and it lacks the liveliness. So at least give you some seven hours sleep everyday.

Hi Lovecoffin, yes sleep is important, I did in fact have difficulty sleeping last night and was on here for a while during the night but I will rest for a while this afternoon as I have always been one of these people that does need eight hours sleep. Ellie :D

I know that sleeping is very important. These few days I have trouble falling asleep because of soem problems at home which I keep thinking about. So I try to get as much sleep as possible. But as soon as somethign wakes me up in the middle of the night, I can't go back to sleep easily adn my problems looms over my head again. It's a terrible feeling. I'm also losing appetite too. So I think it's really bad for me. I must solve my problem soon. I'm so depressed.

yeah i know the feeling.. i get insomnia bad and it can last for months so walking around with 2 hours of sleep a night for months isnt fun and makes you feel totally confused and crappy
