Is playing computer games a waste of time?

actually its not a waste of time, but its recommended to schedule your time properly don't spent most of your time playing games and forget there some things you have to do also in life. actually playing video games is also training your brain to handle problem solving and good planning so will notice it within yourself as you play those strategical games.
