Is E-Gold a Fraud ?

I was hacked some months ago and my balance of $13.01 was robbed by some hacker. I wrote to E-Gold and they replied that they can't do anything. It was clear in my E-Gold that someone has transfered my money from my account to another. E-Gold officials said that they can't do anything as the hacker did not change my password. I changed it later myself. I have a strong malware, spyware registered software installed on my computer with a registered NOD32 Anti-Virus, so stealing of password from my computer or Internet is impossible. Today, when I logged in I was again robbed but now it below $1. That person using another name again transacted the amount. I then tried to make new account at E-Gold but E-Gold has banned openings of new accounts. What is this ? Is E-Gold a Fraud by itself ? I have opened an account in MoneyBookers and LibertyReserve. I won't be using E-Gold again. What are your reviews in this regard ?
