Have you ever fallen from bed while sleeping. I have never experience that, but is it possible that people can fall from thier bed in sleep. We know people sleep walk but do they fall as well?

HI kriazen,
I am a very careful person and even while I am sleeping I hardly move, sometimes take turns but that's it. That must be the reason why I have never fallen from bed. Having said this, this is actually very common and I remember having heard this quite often.
That's fun, isn't it!

Lol! nice question.. actually i once pushed my grandma out of bed...
though i never really fell from bed, i recall when i was a kid i woke up and found myself with my left arm and leg on the bed and the right arm and leg hanging out..it's bizarre but that's really what happened...so i guess i only fell half out of bed! lol!

I don't think I ever fell out of bed. If I did, it may have been when I was very little. My kids do that on occasion. They move around in bed a lot when they are sleeping. The older and taller they get the better they get at staying in bed. My middle one though... well, we often find her in a precarious balancing act with half her body, head first hanging out of bed. We always wonder how she manages not to fall down at that point. And my youngest, he often has both of his legs hanging over the bed. Eventually, he slides off, but he is only two and the bed for him is really low;)

Kids usually will fall from bed. When I was a kid I used to fall every time when I sleep in bed. When its possible for people to walk while sleeping why is it not possible for them to fall. When they are in deep sleep and dreaming. If their dream is about rolling somewhere then they will definitely fall. Hehe. Lol.
They will just enter into the dream. They just think that they are in that world and do that. Hehe.

I have fallen out of my bed before, I think about 3 years ago. My mom was awaken by the sound of my body smashing on the floor. And when my mom opened the light, she was shocked that blood is running on my forehead. The wound was not that big though, but it really hurts. Haha, I guess I need to have railings on every side of my bed. :D

Of course. I have this kind of experience. But in sleep, your feeling will become blunt. So when I fell down from my bed, I just felt cold and climbed back to my bed to sleep. And the day after, when I was awake, I thought it was likely that I had fallen from my bed actually, but not in my dream.

It did happened to me twice already.
It is my habit sleeping near the ends of the bed.
It takes only one dream that I was chased by many
vampires and the next thing i know i fell from the bed.
Not a bad fall though but enough to wake me up.

Never have fallen from bed while sleeping.Usually it's my kids that falls from bed.All three of them experienced it,since then i make it a point to sleep beside them with pillows all around.I think it is normal....among other things like talking while sleeping or crying while sleeping or laughing while sleeping.
