First off I would most definitely tell my boss to take a hike as some days at my job is nearly unbearable. I'm just there because it pays my bills. I would buy a nice house for myself and pay off my parents house. I would donate to the Make A Wish Network and a womens domestic violence shelter. The two causes that are closest to my heart. The rest would be smartly invested where it could take care of me for the rest of my days.

I don't think I'd tell my boss to take a hike. Think he'd be more offended if I was really nice to him, but didn't give him any money. Lol. No, my job's not too bad so I'd probably through a few coins his way, but mainly for his kids. Investment is a good idea, I always just figured to stick it in the bank and skim the interest off each year for bills and things.

Buy a big yacht and sail around the world. Of course I would give some to charity. I would also start a charity fund. But I don't think I have the luck. So let's keep on mylotting! LOL

Take the lump sum offer first, then put it in the bank. I know, boring.

Me and a friend said we wouldn't tell anyone, then go in to work as usual for nine am. Work as normal in the morning then at around half past eleven we'd just stand up and say "Can't be bothered with this, I'm going home!" Seriously though, I would retire myself and close relatives, pay off family members mortgages and things and give them some spending money to play with. I'd buy myself a nice house in the country so I could have some animals and spend a lot more time writing and taking part in my other hobbies. I'd give some money o friends as well to help them get houses and have an easier life and generally just try and enjoy life without having as many responsibilities as now. If you put two or three million in the bank you could live off the interest and just live it up on the rest. I'd probably give a chunk to charity though I'm not sure which one(s). How many guide dogs could you buy for a million?
