I love to bake cakes as I like eating them as much as I like to make them, haha. I love to cook currys and fajitas too, as my boyfriend loves them and I love to cook for him. My favourtite is to make thai green curry with potatoes and chicken, made with curry paste and coconut milk rather than a bottle of sauce as it takes more effort so it feels more rewarding, and I prefer the taste. So what is your favourite?

I like cooking casseroles. Or beef stroganoff. It is really easy but tastes so good. Sometimes I wing it. We make this dish called poor mans perogies. It is shell noodles, cheese, onions and potato slices. You just cook the onions a little bit in butter till they are soft and cook the potatoes till they are just a little done. Then you throw it all together in a crock pot till the cheese is melted and the longer it cooks in there the better it tastes. So anyways, I was going to make that the other night but I didn't have enough potatoes or shell noodles. so i used elbow macaroni and french fries lol. It didn't taste exactly the same but it turned out pretty good.
