I am not positive about this, but I would assume it would not be allowed, unless they were named on your account as well. You can use a Bank Account number though for a Paypal account, so why don't you consider that instead?

I think it is not possible because when you will log unto Paypal as your payment and you could transfer the account into your own account number but I think there is some way unto this and to our MyLotter as well also have an idea but i am not sure guess you could also do it as a payment unto your Husband name so you could transfer,,,,,,

nope..i guess its not possible it must be your own account or credit card..try applying on cyber account for paypal purposes only..its available in union bank that is if this bank is in your country ..however there are other banks that have this kind of account kindly inquire regarding this one..

Hi jac, I'm not sure about this. But if I were you, to be sure that you'll get verified, try to apply an EON card from Unionbank as you are from the Philippines. It's more easier.
