I don't want to spend a fortune eating at restaurants but all I have is a microwave. My kitchen will be no use for three weeks. Any good ideas? I don't want to eat only lean cuisines and things like that. We also have the bar be que grill. Does any one know of good veggie recipes on the grill?

My crock pot would get a work out if my kitchen was down for a while I would be cooking in it. Depending on the size of your family you can fix a whole meal in one. I have cooked chicken, potatoes wrapped in foil, and a squash all at the same tome. will you have access to washing up water? with a small electric toaster oven you can do pizzas too. You can grill corn on the cob, remove the silks and cover the cob back up with the shucks then soak in water so the husks don't catch fire. Slice zucchini squash down the middle length wise. scoop out the middle and fill with pizza sauce and mozzarella or parmesan cheese. You can also grill tomatoes. slice them in half and just put them on the grill for a short time until hot. Here is a web sit with a lot of ideas.

There are quite a few things you can do with that set up.
Some ideas:
Grilled corn
Fresh canteloupe halves filled with chicken salad (from the deli)
Gazpacho
Grilled pizza (using a premade shell and adding whatever ingredients catch your fancy, but don't overload it with toppings!)
Those are just a few ideas. Your local library should have books on microwave cooking and grilling for even more ideas.

I would check the internet for different recipes for the barbecue and microwave ideas. There are lots of different things you can buy in the grocery store for microwave meals. Good luck with that kitchen!

There's nothing that could beat home cooking. My suggestion is, prepare the ingredients that you would like to cook. And go to a friends house, or a relative house and borrow their kitchen. Cook them all. Then Store in your microwavable container. When you go home, freeze them.
By the time you are hungry, you can just microwave them. Consider this as your reward that you don't need to prepare and cook everyday. Just do it once a week. If you lack vegetables, eat baby carrots in the meantime, it doesn't need to be cooked. You can also eat a lot of fruits. Fruits that has fiber can also be considered a vegetable.
Three weeks is a short time, you can never tell, when the three weeks is up.
