I also had to add a bank account to get verified. Im not sure why your not willing to get verified. Paypal is one of the safest ways to buy things on the internet. I have had a account for over a year and a half now and have had no problems with them. They seem to be very relable and very easy to use, I love ebaying with them lol. Anywho your best bet is to just get verified. If you dont have a bank account go open one, im a student so i get free checking. Then you will be able to get your money and buy that much needed music.

They won't let you spend it until you go through the verification process. I think they want to protect themselves against money laundering accusations. At first they let you go through a process where they send you a letter with a special code to the address you provided when you signed up. That is not an option anymore for a couple of years now. I don't think there is a way to get around the verification rule.
