is friendship really everlasting

i,ve had so many friends since childhood,some of them still around me,but i believe as i,ve realised that friendship dies with age,the older you grow, the least attention u start paying towards your friends and they too. why does this change come and where from.Shall i say that friendships are meant for company only and they have nothing to do with a person when it comes to practical life.Are friends really friends or just normal people whom one has met at some part of his/her life and now they are worth nothing,though they were precious as jewels at one time.

Why friends only? We all have to part with our most beloved ones. This is the incontrovertible truth, and we cannot change it. But good friends are invaluable, and we all cherish them. They are worth more than jewels in our lives. An wise, enlightened man said "Live alone rather then being with evil friends." Thanks.

Some friendship is everlasting & some are not. On your journey to life you will make many friends & not all of them will remain your friend. It is from my experience.

Hi, nice to meet you here.
For me, I think friendship is really everlasting. However, this is not for all of ours friend. Some of our friends are, but some of ours friend does not. It depend on how you treat you friend and how your friend treat you too. If you very appreciate your friendship, I'm sure that your friendship will last forever. However, if you not appreciate your friendship with your friend, then your friendship sure is not last forever. I have a very best friend. I met her when i was primary 5. Until now , we be friend is almost 10 years! What I can say is , I'm very lucky have a friend like her. She very take care of me. She treat me very true and me too. I hope i can be friend with her until everlasting. I said this because we don't know what will happen in future. So, I'm very appreciate my friendship with her. Have a nice day and happy my lotting!
