Best way to loose weight..

I am really gaining weight and I am really conscious about it. Could anyone please help me how to loose weight? I know that we need to exercise but I am a very very busy person. I only have free time during the night, the only time when I can post discussions and surf the net by the way. Is there a way to loose weight even when you're busy? Help pls.. I really don't like to be fat. thanks.

We all know already that a combination of healthy eating and exercise is the ideal way to lose and then maintain our weight. But like you, many people just don't have the free time to do this as religiously as they would like. All I can suggest is that you make every effort to improve what you do eat on a daily basis and reduce your calorie intake as best you can for one. And in relation to exercise, even 30 minutes a few times a week in the evenings will soon show results. Do some sit ups or get a treadmill or bike to use while watching TV etc And there are day to day things you can do as well that will hardly affect your busy schedule at all. For example, park your car a little further away than normal when you go to the store and walk an extra hundred feet or so each time..... Little things like this will make a difference and I hope you get what I mean here! The key is to increase your energy output as well as reduce your caloric intake and there are so many non traditional ways to do this! Good luck.

Ok so I'm not a big fan of fad diets. The only way you can really lose weight is to take in less calories than you use! So I would suggest watch what you eat. Eat less high calorie foods, things with less fat and sugar. And since you are limited on time, get in what little bits of exercise whenever you can. Take the stairs if you have the option of an escalator or elevator. Walk instead of drive short distances. And then when you have time, run or bike, or play games with friends that make you active. Thats really all there is to it I think.
