Key word: Sodium Laureth Sulfate When I was in grade 4, we had this science trivia sharing in class every week. One time it was my turn to share, so the night before I asked my mom if she found out something new about science. She said, a friend from the states emailed her a write up that talked about SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE (you may search it on google.) It is the most cheapest form of foam, that is why it is used in a lot of products, from shampoos to toothpastes to body soaps. According to this write up, this concoction is actually CANCEROUS. One of the products that use this is Colgate, in the write up, it says that the Colgate Company has been informed of this, and all they said was, they know its cancerous, and that they have no choice because this form of foam is the cheapest one available. Talk about concern for the majority of man. Anyways, just a friendly advice. If in any case this information is unbelievable, all I can say is, it is better to be sure than sorry. There are a lot of products that do not have SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE IN IT. A good example is a cleansing conditioner called WEN. Other products that HAVE SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE are: Colgate, Sunsilk, Herbal Essences, etc. Please be advised to read the ingredients in the products you use before you buy them. It is beneficial to be aware of the things you apply on your body.
