well from my view there is two types of people when analyzing new opportunities, first one cautious person which analyzes all opportunities carefully and doesnt risk anything of herself/himself to earn more, and second one is risk taker which does not analyzes things too much, and if there is good opportunity to earn good he/she just willing to risk everything to earn more, so i may count myself as risk taker i never get afraid to risk anything to earn more, so what about you are you risk taker or cautious person?

i am a cautious person.i'm scared of failure.i'm also scared of getting blamed.i would prefer to weigh things and think of possible scenarios.if there's too much risk involved, then i would not proceed with whatever it is that i intend to do.

I'm a little bit of both. It's a nice balance I think. I'm not afraid of trying new things. The cautious part steps in when I have tried something before and I already know the outcome wasn't a successful one, then I won't go down that path again.
I think it's great to be a balance of both because that way you're not scared of trying something different. That's what life's about, right? Learning new things, ideas and meeting new people. Think how boring it'd be to be completely cautious all the time. You'd contemplate over every little thing and anything new coming your way would terrify you.

Friend, It is said that " no risk,no gain ".Taking too much of risk, much beyond one's position of resources, may sometimes cause huge damage and wipe out the chances of one'survival itself. Is is important to assess one's own strength and limitations before jumping in to a risy venture.Apart from the two categories of people, there is a third category who takes calculated risk,by analysing the level of the risk-reward trade-off and adopt the right strategy that helps achieving optimum gain with possibility of minimum loss, much within one's capacity to tolerate. I normally belong to the third category and take calculated risk,in every situation.People of this category are neither pure risk taker or risk avoider; the chose the middle path. Thanks, Have a nice day!!
