i am having $49.995 in my pay2surf.net balance. but this site pays to only verified paypal accounts. i don't have one. so i wan't to borrow a account. i will just take your email for payment and send it to your account. then you transfer it to my alertpay account. then i will give you $3. if you agree then send me a message or mail me.

i wouldn't do that, you cant trust someone to transfer that money back to you, and if they kept there would be no way of getting the money back, because nothing illegal has happened

I wouldn't go down this route if I were you unless you actually knew them otherwise you might not ever see your money again.
If I was you, I would just open a PayPal account and then give PayPal your Bank account details so that they can verify it, It might take a bit longer, but it will be safer for you in the end.
